request.getParameter null 못 받는 경우
특수문자가 포함되어 디코딩할 때 에러나는 경우인데 보내는 쪽에서 urlencoding해줘서 보내야함.
에러 메시지
Unexpected token END OF FILE at position 0.
Parameters: Character decoding failed. Note that the name and value quoted here may corrupted due to the failed decoding. Use debug level logging to see the original, non-corrupted values.
